**Cancellation and No-Show Policy** At Taylor’d Hair Studio, I understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients and maintain a smooth booking process, I kindly ask you to respect my cancellation and no-show policy. 1. **Day-of Cancellation**: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, we require a cancellation fee of **50% of the scheduled service**. This allows me to manage my time and accommodate other clients. 2. **No-Show**: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged **50% of the scheduled service**. This fee is necessary to cover the lost time. 3. ** Late: If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late & I have not heard from you, this will result in a no call no show & you will be charged 50% of the service booked.** I value your business and aim to provide the best service possible.
